Holiday Inn Express South Haven
FF&E Replenishment Program for US Holiday Inn Express Hotels

IHG Procurement has created a new program to help owners of Holiday Inn Express properties in the US purchase items from the furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) category in smaller quantities from an approved IHG supplier.

We received feedback that replacing damaged individual FF&E items, like casegoods, lighting, and seating, can be challenging and may lead to rooms being out of use for an extended period. Owners ran into issues with order minimums, long lead times, and higher freight costs. We wanted to create a practical solution to this problem.

The program offers Holiday Inn Express hotels the ability to order from an in-stock inventory of warehoused items in the FF&E category with no order minimum. This can help reduce long lead times and freight costs as well as help owners and hotels reopen rooms more quickly while ensuring proper specifications are maintained.

This program was created in collaboration with Champion Supply, a leading distributor of hospitality products that specializes in brand-approved FF&E items. Chequetta Dessources, VP of Americas Hotel Procurement for IHG, sat down with Nishita Shah from Champion Supply to learn more about how owners can benefit from and use this program. Check out their conversation in the video below.

Stock is now available for hotels to order. Learn more about this program by contacting AskProcurement@ihg.com.
