Sopan leads the global IHG Procurement team that conducts strategic sourcing and manages billions of dollars of goods and services worldwide. He is a passionate alchemist of high-performing procurement teams that focus on strong collaboration, sourcing expertise, and strategic insights to drive company performance and innovation – all while keeping the growth and development of people at the core.

Steve leads IHG’s inclusion strategy across hotels and corporate functions, connecting cross-functional teams and bringing together work spanning our owner offer, suppliers, partners, and people agenda. He is also responsible for our supply chain inclusion pillar, leads our global inclusion board and works closely with regional councils. 

Helen leads the Procurement Excellence team that enables our global procurement programs to operate simpler, faster, and better. Her responsibilities include digital transformation, responsible procurement, operations and supply chain risk management. 

Colm leads a team of dedicated procurement professionals across multiple markets in Europe, India, the Middle East and Australasia. This team is unified under the common purpose of building market-leading, locally relevant procurement programs to help IHG’s hotels and owners become as efficient as possible. 

Chequetta leads all hotel supply chain and procurement capabilities in US, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean. Her team of category managers is united by a shared goal of creating top-tier, locally relevant procurement programs that serve the owners and hotels of IHG’s largest region.

Wanda leads our corporate procurement teams that support marketing and technology spending areas, partnering closely with our Global Commerical and Marketing and Product and Technology organizations. 

Jing leads the overall Greater China procurement practice, including hotel spend, corporate spend, and digital procurement. Jing also leads the procurement improvement process to increase efficiency and compliance. In addition, his Asia Supply chain CoE plays a crucial role in deepening our connections with manufacturing hubs and developing global logistics capabilities that support supply needs across the EMEAA and AMER regions.
