Sopan Shah, SVP and Global Chief Procurement Officer at IHG Hotels Resorts, has been named one of the Top 100 Procurement Leaders for 2026 by Procurement Magazine. According to Procurement Magazine, the Top 100 Leaders list recognizes senior executives who are “shaping the direction, scale and real‑world impact of artificial intelligence across global organizations.” Selection is based on leadership responsibility, organizational impact and industry influence.

Sopan was recognized for leading strategic sourcing and supply management for a high dollar amount of goods and services worldwide. Under his leadership, IHG’s procurement organization has strengthened supplier relationships, advanced innovation within the function, and supported value delivery across the company’s global hotel portfolio.
