Steve leads IHG's inclusion strategy across hotels and corporate functions, connecting cross-functional teams and bringing together work spanning our owner offer, suppliers, partners and people agenda. He is also responsible for our Supply Chain development pillar, leads our global inclusion board and works closely with regional inclusion councils to customize our global approach to inclusion for local relevance and applicability.

Helen leads the Procurement Excellence team that enables our global procurement programs to operate simpler, faster, and better. Her responsibilities include digital transformation, responsible procurement, operations and supply chain risk management.

Jing leads the overall Greater China procurement practice, including hotel spend, corporate spend, and digital procurement. Jing also leads the procurement improvement process to increase efficiency and compliance. In addition, his Asia Supply chain CoE plays a crucial role in deepening our connections with manufacturing hubs and developing global logistics capabilities that support supply needs across the EMEAA and AMER regions.
